Naruto Shippuuden Episode 97: Labyrinth of Distorted Reflections (Pictures/Summary)
Tsunade received an update on their research on Shino’s insects and found a hexagonal pattern within the insect. The jutsu can crystallized even human blood. The name of the ninjutsu technique is "Crystal Style".
Team Yamato arrived near Team Kakashi’s area. Sai checks out the area from the sky.
Meanwhile, Guren starts her trap preparation on Team Kakashi. She used a technique called "Jade Cystal Labyrinth" to trap Team Kakashi inside a large crytal. A seed of "Octangular Jade Crystal" was placed in the "8 Trigrams of Square Formation", if this shines the light inside the Jade Crystal will be trapped inside causing the light to refract. Hinata was unable to use her Byakugan. Her Byakugan shows infinite distorted images.
Guren made six clones of herself using "Jade Crystal Clone Jutsu" and attacked Team Kakashi. She also used a weapon called "Jade Crystal Blade".
Guren fought against Hinata. Hinata used the "Gentle Fist 8 Trigrams 32 Palms" to destroy Guren. Hinata was able to destroy her but the one she destoyed was a clone. Hinata was crystallized by Guren’s "Jade Crystal Prison".
On the other hand, Team Yamato arrived outside large crystal prison. They believed Team Kakashi is trapped inside so Naruto summoned Gamatatsu and Gamakichi and peforms the "Wind Style: Toad Water Pistol". Naruto then breaks the large crystal prison.
