Lately, a news has spread all over Davao about the very FIRST WAKEBOARD PARK in Mindanao that is called DECAWAKE.
I am living in Catalunan Grande, which is located near the place. I visited the place twice and I have to say that it is awesome. I took some pictures of the place.
Decawakeboard at Decahomes Resort Residences is probably the largest wakeboarding site in SouthEast Asia. It is approximately 7 hectares in area. It is located in Mintal, Davao City, Philippines. It’ll open this year-2009.
Wakeboarding is a water sport where you could do cable skiing on a water wave while you’re being pulled by a motor boat.

Decahomes is originally a resort residence. Decahomes is currently selling house and lot. The price they offer for each house is said to be very affordable and cheap. In fact, so many people have been rushing in around the place to own one of those houses and lots.

I’ve heard that schools such as Ateneo de Davao University and Davao Doctors College are buying a lot around Mintal. This would mean that Decahomes Residence Resort won’t be as quiet as now in the future because visitors and tourists will soon visit the Wakeboard Park. The place is properly designed and organized to benefit the residents of Decahomes.
